Throughout my career, I have had experience in working in a variety of settings including non-profit, medical/hospital positions and private practice. Opening my own practice has given me the opportunity to form authentic connections in an intimate setting to help promote optimal healing. I value a holistic approach when it comes to healing- integrating our mind, body and spirit which includes mindfulness, meditation, nutrition and exercise.
I am a lover of celery-juicing, working out, mini marathons, and am happiest when outside in nature and by water. I am currently in progress of becoming a certified integrative and nutritional medicine practitioner- allowing me to better serve clients and combine my love for nutrition, diet and exercise with mental health. I have experienced first-hand the power of what we put into our bodies and the role this plays in our overall health, healing and well-being.
I understand how challenging life can be, whether that be personal life, work-life, navigating college-life and other bumps along the road. I too have experienced these stresses, anxieties and hardships. And in the midst of these, I've recognized how valuable it is to have a space without judgement, to have a space where we are not pretending to be anyone but our realest and most honest selves.
I genuinely have a love for helping others and I want nothing more than to help provide this same space for you. This is why The Therapy Studio was created.
